Due to the special nature of the products (flammable materials/fireworks) and to ensure public safety, the following apply to Greece and Cyprus:

• Returns of non-defective products: Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, whose packaging has been tampered with, have been altered by poor storage conditions (e.g., humidity), or if the scheduled date of the event for which they were purchased has passed.
• Returns due to error or defect: Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days from receipt, exclusively if:
  1. The product was delivered damaged or defective.
  2. There was an error in the order fulfillment on our part (wrong product code).

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must:

• Be in its original factory condition and packaging, without any attempt at use or modification.
• Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt or Invoice).

Return Cost

• In case of our error or a defective product, the return costs are entirely borne by us.
• In any other case (provided the return is approved after consultation), transportation costs are borne by the customer.
